Frank & Eileen was founded in 2009 by engineer-turned-designer Audrey McLoghlin, who set out to reinvent the button-up shirt for women — a category that had, until then, been built almost entirely around men. Named for Audrey's Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a globally recognized, certified B Corporation that has retained 100% independent ownership while working with the same ethical, sustainable manufacturers for over a decade.
