LADDER was created to make getting dressed feel intentional again. We bring together independent designers from around the world who share a commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship, natural materials, and responsible production—making it easier to discover pieces you'll reach for season after season.

Our Story

LADDER began with a simple belief: fashion should feel good in every sense of the word. We set out to build a destination where style and sustainability exist side by side, curating collections from designers who value people, process, and the planet as much as beautiful design.

Meet the founder

DRE WIEN

Dre created LADDER because she wanted a place where style, social purpose and community can co-exist, and where everyone feels welcome. She's obsessed with interesting conversations, the perfect pair denim, and building a community of cool people. "Whether you're introduced to a small designer you've never heard of or clicking glasses at one of our events, I created LADDER because nothing like it existed in Cleveland - and Clevelanders deserve a space like this to feel proud of.
