MATERIALS

Fabric: Cotton/silk blend

Made: Ethically produced in India, hand block printed in the village of Bagru by a family of 7th-generation master printers who have practiced this ancient craft for 300 years. Every step of the process takes place within this community — hand carving wooden blocks, printing with azo-free dyes, and washing and setting the textiles using mineral-rich water, sunlight, and the earth itself.

Sustainability: MIRTH uses only natural or recycled fibers and azo-free or completely natural dyes throughout their collections. Online orders ship in cloth bags made from upcycled fabric and recycled paper mailers, and hang tags are handmade from recycled cotton in a small family workshop in Jaipur.

CARE

Hand wash in cold water with pH-neutral soap. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Warm iron if needed, or dry clean using petroleum solvent only.

STYLED BY LADDER

Wear the Kyoto Shirt open over a fitted tank and wide-leg trousers for an effortless layered look, or belted at the waist with linen shorts and sandals for a polished warm-weather outfit.
