Dakota - 100% Hemp Cropped Tee
Product Details
The Dakota Cropped Tee is cut from 100% hemp jersey with a slightly textured finish similar to raw silk, and the substantial 10 oz weight creates a sophisticated, flattering drape that's heavier and more substantial than Jungmaven's blended tees. It shares the same silhouette as the Silverlake Cropped Tee, but the heavier hemp fibers settle into a slightly more relaxed fit through the body. Garment dyeing gives every piece subtle, soft variations in color and texture, so it feels broken-in from the first wear.

Made: Cut and sewn in Los Angeles, California by Garment Authority (GA) certified partners, using globally sourced hemp.
Sustainability: Jungmaven has spent over three decades championing hemp as a regenerative alternative to more resource-intensive fabrics. The brand's founder helped lead the push behind the 2018 Farm Bill, which made domestic hemp farming legal again in the US for the first time since 1937, reflecting Jungmaven's longstanding commitment to building a more sustainable, slow fashion supply chain.
CARE
Machine wash cool, gentle, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use spot cleaners, bleach, or chemical/enzyme cleaners like Oxi-Clean. Avoid washing with zippers, velcro, or textured towels to prevent abrasion and pilling.
STYLED BY LADDER
Knot it at the waist over a long skirt for an elevated, easy-to-dress-up look, or wear it loose with relaxed trousers and simple sandals for everyday softness with a little more polish than a typical tee.
ABOUT JUNGMAVEN
Jungmaven was founded in the early '90s by Robert Jungmann, who saw hemp as a regenerative alternative to the resource-intensive fabrics dominating fashion and a way to push back against clear-cutting practices harming the planet. Jungmann went on to help found the Hemp Industries Association, whose advocacy contributed to the 2018 Farm Bill making industrial hemp legal to grow in the US again. Every Jungmaven piece is cut and sewn in Los Angeles by Garment Authority certified partners, an independent, USA-made approach to hemp fashion built on three decades of learning how the fiber dyes, drapes, and wears.
