To be honest with you, I created LADDER because I wanted it.
Having lived all over the world, I missed the experience of a highly curated boutique where they remember your name, know your style and understand just the right way to get you out of your comfort zone.
I don't think about LADDER as "just another clothing store."
To me, LADDER is a place to find community.
Whether you're introduced to a small designer you've never heard of or clinking glasses at one of our events, we created LADDER because Clevelanders deserve something to be proud of. We deserve something special.
